Twilio WhatsApp Setup

How to Integrate Twilio WhatsApp with Appgain :

• **Create New Account at Twilio .
• Get ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN
  

• Get WhatsApp Number that will Used to Send Messages to Users
  

• To Begin Send WhatsApp Messages , Users Must Send WhatsApp Secret Message To Twilio WhatsApp Number
  

• After That Users will Added to Twilio Sandbox Participants , So You Can Retarget them through WhatsApp

Configure Twilio with Appgain As Follow :

• **Log in to Appgain Dashboard
• Go to ProjectSetting / Advanced Setting / Platforms
• Select SMS then Select "Twilio Vendor"
• Set your Keys as follow:
  type --> "WHATSAPP-TWILIO"
  ACCOUNT SID
  AUTH TOKEN
  Sender Number (Must Include Country Code : 1** )
  
• Click "Save Changes"
  Now Twilio is Integrated Successfully with Appgain , you Can Retarget your Users Using WhatsApp .
