How to Integrate Twilio SMS with Appgain :

  • Create New Account at Twilio .
  • Get ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN

  • Get Sender Number from Sender Pool Section , this Number will be Used to Send SMS Messages to Customers

Configure Twilio with Appgain As Follow :

  • Log in to Appgain to Integrate with Twilio
  • Go to ProjectSetting / Advanced Setting / Platforms
  • Select SMS then Select "Twilio Vendor"

  • Set your Keys as follow :
    type --> "SMS-TWILIO"
    ACCOUNT SID
    AUTH TOKEN
    Sender Number (Must Include Country Code : +1**** )

  • Click "Save Changes"


Now Twilio is Integrated Successfully with Appgain , you Can Retarget your Users Using SMS Campaigns .
