Send SMS

1. Upload Your Contact List

Steps:

1. Log In: Access your account as mentioned above.
2. Navigate to Contact Lists:
3. Click on Store.
4. On the left-hand side, click on Contact Lists.
5. Upload Contact List:
6. Click on Upload Your First Contact List.
7. Download Template:
8. Download the CSV Template provided.
9. Fill in the template with your target list name, mobile numbers, and user IDs.
10. Upload the Completed Template:
11. Save your filled template.
12. Browse for the saved file and click Upload.

Note: If you have multiple contact lists, ensure each list has a unique name in the target list name column.

2. Send SMS Campaign

Steps:

1. Log In: Access your account as mentioned above.
2. Create a New Campaign:
3. Click on Store.
4. On the left-hand side, select New Campaign.
5. Choose SMS Campaign:
6. Select SMS Campaign from the available options.
7. Click Create.
8. Set Up Campaign:
9. Enter the campaign name and message (include a URL if needed, such as a link, short link, or micro page).
10. Click Next to proceed.
11. Choose Recipients and Timing:
12. On the delivery page, select whether to send the SMS to a specific mobile number or a contact list.
13. Set the timing for the campaign.
14. Click Submit to send your campaign.

4. Track SMS Campaign Performance

Steps:

1. Log In: Access your account as mentioned above.
2. View Campaign Performance:
3. Click on Store.
4. On the left-hand side, select Campaigns.
5. Choose SMS Campaigns to view the success ratio and track the performance of your SMS campaigns.
